Use the table below to check when a Volunteer’s Certification will expire.
Each volunteer has three expiration dates, one for their Application, one for their Protective Behaviors Training, and one for the Communicable Disease Waiver. All three must be current from season start through season end to participate in any practice or competition. Instructions for renewing each of the three requirements can be found here.
Generally, volunteer certifications that expire before the end of the upcoming seasons are highlighted in red.
The table below is an extract from SOMD’s data system and may not reflect recently submitted volunteer certifications. Check with your sport’s Team Manager or Head Coach if you have a question. You can also send an email to volinfo@somdmontgomery.org to reach SOMO volunteers that manage our volunteer certifications.
The table only displays the first three letters of first names for privacy. If you see duplicate or misspelled names, please email director@somdmontgomery.org.
If it’s been more than two weeks since you submitted your volunteer application, Protective Behavior Certification, or CDW, please contact SOMO at director@somdmontgomery.org.
